Mr. Sitler enlisted in the Air Force in 1994 and became a 1N0X1, All Source Analyst. He had numerous trips to south America where he supported the DEA and host nation countries with Air Track Analysis and Intelligence. Mr. Sitler also participated in Operation Northern Watch where he conducted mission planning and provided pre-mission briefings to F-16 fighter pilots who were actively engaging Iraqi targets. Additionally, A-10 pilots were engaged in flight operations during missions so they could rapidly engage enemy targets during Combat Search and Rescue missions. Mr. Sitler brings a very good understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and is very familiar with all of the Intelligence disciplines. Since 2003, Mr. Sitler has been engaged in Test and Evaluation, primarily Operational Test and Evaluation, of Intelligence and Business systems for the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) through contracts with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). Mr. Sitler was able to use his experience as an Intelligence Systems user to his advantage, giving him a user's perspective of the system under test. Mr. Sitler is a consummate professional who is able to bring SME support to any Intelligence and/or T&E environment and for any U.S. Government customer.
Mr. Sitler was born in Long Beach, CA in the Long Beach Naval Hospital. He lived in Southern California until he was 19 when he joined the U.S. Air Force. He has been married to his amazing wife Michele for 20 years. They met in Air Force Technical Training at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Tx. They have two wonderful children, both boys. One of Mr. Sitler's sons recently enlisted in the United States Navy and is currently attending Naval Nuclear Power Training in Charleston, SC. The other is a high school sophomore and is a Full Back on his Junior Varsity Football team.
